Stefan Joens
President Elink Systems & DSH Technologies
Stefan Joens is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Elnik Systems, global industrial furnace manufacturer, and DSH Technologies, debinding and sintering services provider. Joens is a well-recognized and outspoken leader in metal injection molding (MIM) and metal additive manufacturing (AM) for his continued efforts to support and educate the market on sinter-based capabilities and solutions. Joens effortlessly balances his professional business leadership with advanced technical competency to solve problems on behalf of his clients and partners. Joens is an active participant with several industry specific associations and is currently the President of the Metal Injection Molding Association. His passions fall under motivation, solving problems, learning, and adventure.

Claudia Baumgartner
Head of Finance & HR
Claudia Baumgartner is currently the Director of Finance and Human Resources at ELNIK Systems and DSH Technologies. Claudia is an accomplished and dynamic leader that is responsible for overseeing the financial health of both organizations and professional development of staff and personnel. Formerly the Finance Controller and Accounting Manager for several major energy and pharmaceutical manufacturers, Claudia leverages her accounting expertise and operational management skills to impact strategic growth and cultural initiatives such as community engagement and workforce development. As a first-generation Argentine American, Claudia is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English, and brings a global perspective to her leadership and approach to business management.

Bryan Sherman
Chief Metallurgist
Bryan Sherman is a metallurgical expert in metal injection molding (MIM), additive manufacturing (AM), process improvement, debinding, and sintering. Sherman has more than 25 years of technical experience in MIM equipment manufacturing and application development. Leveraging his deep materials science knowledge to solve complex problems related to high-temperature metal processing and energy efficiency. Before joining DSH Technologies as Chief Metallurgist in 2019, Sherman worked at a variety of MIM parts manufacturing companies and was a key contributor to one of the largest captive MIM parts makers on the US east Coast. Sherman is the co-author of 5 patents in Powder flow Technology with Allied Signal and holds a BASc in Material Science and Ceramic Engineering at Penn State University.
