AM3000 Series

The AM3000 Series is a large-batch debinding and sintering furnace platform designed for sinter-based metal additive manufacturing workflows requiring high throughput, thermal stability, and controlled post-processing at scale. It supports consolidated thermal processing for larger parts and production-oriented AM environments.

The AM3000 is positioned as a large-batch debind and sinter furnace optimized for additive manufacturing applications.

System Features

Core Capabilities

Large-Batch AM Processing
Optimized for sinter-based metal AM processes such as binder jetting, LMM, additive screen printing and other metal AM processes producing high batch volumes. There are multiple sized furnace options to support laboratory and production environments.

Scalable Thermal Architecture
AccuTemp® is a proprietary thermocouple countrol tool that enables better thermal management and scalablility. Designed to accomodate larger volumes typically associated with metal injection molding, the AM3000 is equipped to scale.

High-Precision Multi-Zone Control & Gas Flow
Advanced temperature zoning ensures stable and repeatable heat profiles across large batches. Utilizing laminar gas flow for efficient gas management and compatible with hydrogen, nitrogen, and argon to process a wide range of alloys.

Intelligent Process Control (IPC) & Reporting

Assures uniform physical properties of parts, simple HMI control, and extensive documentation control for highly regulated industries.

Applications

The AM3000 Series is positioned for:

  • Sinter-Based Metal Additive Manufacturing

  • Binder Jetting, LMM, Additive Screen Printing

  • Porcessed Metals include Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Carbon Steel, Titanium, Aluminum, Copper, Tungsten, Previous Metals, & Super Alloys

  • Operation under hydrogen, nitrogen, argon,

There are multiple size options available on the AM3000 depending on requirements and product requirements. With three decades of expertise in debinding and sintering excellence, the AM3000 platform is built for throughput, scalability, and reliability.
