Catalytic Debind 3000 Series

The Catalytic Debind Oven is a dedicated catalytic debinding system designed specifically for polyacetal (POM) binder removal used in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and sinter-based metal additive manufacturing feedstocks. Designed fully in Stainless Steel with simplicity of use and process management, it's the most complementary piece to the ELNIK Systems portfolio.

Catalytic Binder Removal
Designed exclusively for polyacetal-based feedstocks, enabling controlled catalytic decomposition of polymer binders used in MIM and sinter-based additive manufacturing processes.

Acid Flow Monitoring & Automated Process Control
Ensures binder vaporization and rapd transfer to Nitrogen gas flow. The variable speed metering pump, active flow monitoring, and burner temperature monitoring aid in process management.

Robust Stainless Steel Design

Brushed 304 Stainless Steel Housing and 316 Stainless Steel HotZone & Retort with 12 individual heaters, 44 shelves, and front door exhaust hood that eliminates potential remnant vapors. 

Advanced Temperature & Thermal Management

Gas-fired burner system with automated monitoring enables stable thermal control throughout the debinding cycle and supports repeatable process execution. Equipped with 12 individual heaters reaching 20 -150℃ with +/- 2℃ accuracy.
