The MIM3000 industrial furnace is the premiere batch furnace for secondary debinding and sintering in metal injection molding. Equipped with an all metal Hotzone & Retort and capable of processing up to 339L volume, the MIM3000 is the most versatile tool in the metal injection molding part making process.

Integrated Debind + Sinter Processing

Designed to perform second-stage debinding and sintering within a single thermal workflow, minimizing part handling and improving process consistency.


All-Metal Refractory Construction

Utilizes a metallic hot-zone architecture to support robust, long-life operation under demanding MIM production conditions.


AccuTemp® Six-Zone Control

Employs proprietary six-zone temperature control with ±1 °C uniformity, enabling tight thermal tolerances critical for MIM density and dimensional control.


Optimized Gas Flow Dynamics

Laminar gas-flow design ensures consistent binder vapor removal and uniform atmosphere distribution throughout the process chamber.

Utilizes an all metal Hotzone & Retort architecture to support robust, long-life operation under demanding MIM production conditions. Our innovative design and lanthanated Molybdenum shelves are best-in-class for reliable and predictable results.

Ensures all parts see required temperature, regardless of load size. Employs proprietary six-zone temperature control with ±1 °C uniformity, enabling tight thermal tolerances critical for MIM density and dimensional control.
